In the hidden circuits of Neo Tokyo, where engines echo like thunder and neon bleeds into the night, there exists a legend of the Aka Saru no Senshi — the Red Monkey Warrior. Once a human racer obsessed with breaking every limit, he entered a forbidden race said to be watched by the spirits of old. When his machine crashed at impossible speed, the Hantsu within him refused to fade. Reborn in fury and fire, he emerged part-beast, part-machine — a guardian of the underground, fueled by rage and rhythm.

Now, his roar shakes the neon streets. The headset he wears channels the voices of fallen racers, and his eyes burn with the memory of speed. Some say he appears only when a driver dares to go beyond fear itself — when the spirit of the Hantsu awakens.
